Pay attention potential for mind manipulation

Pay Attention: Anything that keeps you busy has the potential to keep your view of the world askew and off-balance. Therefore your perspective of reality is altered, and thus in that altered state you will not think or act as you would normally if you were in touch with the real state of the world. Anything that makes you imbalanced, disallows you to be yourself, disallows you to think normally, and therefore disrupts your ability to make proper decisions to contribute positively to the world. This includes alcohol, cigarrettes, drugs, sexual presentations, games, social norms, etc. This book allows you to understand the mental aspects involved in many such influences, and shows you how to break free specifically from sexual fixations.
