Studying on your own…

Studying on your own is vital to understanding this knowledge thoroughly. Every study method in group or on your own, has its advantages and disadvantages. Studying on your own has the potential to allow you to not pretend for anyone – not waste time – not argue – not misunderstand your intentions – dig deep- keep a clear mind – be more relaxed- be more focused -stay on topic – and many more benefits…

A. Get the book (Only owning the physical book allows entrance to the discussion pages, not the ebook)
B. Gather friends once a week (or whenever you like)
C. Cover one or more insights per session:

  • Read the insight
    • When reading the insight make sure you understands each word, & phrase (if there is a word or phrase that could have more than one meaning words to have two opinion as to what a word or phrase means that’s alright. Allow for diverse thinking, keep the peace
  • Allow yourself to mentally explore anything you want about the insight
  • Look for the insight’s knowledge  in actual life so the knowledge becomes real to you
  • If you have any questions about an insight go to the discussion pages enter the password then go to the particular insight number and pose your question
  • If you have a question that as far as you know does not relate to an insight you can pose your question in Non-specific Questions listed before the insight numbers on the same discussion pages

If you have additional questions about how to study on your own look at the following pages, and or ask your question/s at the bottom of this page

For a more structured get-together I recommend 1.5 or 2 hour sessions; 1 hour sessions do not allow for deep discussions. You may cover more than one insight per session. Also, you can go over an insight in many sessions. What is important is understanding the insights. Some of the insights will be made more clear much further along when reading other insights. So do not fret if you do not fully understand an insight.

Here are some additional material for those who want some additional direction or help on how to run their discussion group / Class: (more notes will be added. If you have a particular question about running the classes let me know at the bottom of this page.  Thank you)
